What GEA Farm Technologies set out to achieve
The project supports the GEA group’s ambition to make all of its sites 100% carbon neutral by 2040. To get there, the Drummondville plant set itself clear objectives:

- deliver measurable gains in the site’s energy performance.

A project funded at 75%
The project received substantial financial support from the Ministère de l’Énergie et des Ressources Naturelles du Québec (Quebec’s ministry of energy and natural resources): 75% of the implementation costs were covered, which made the initiative both highly accessible and financially attractive.
